Ok, I'm kind of confused about the orientation of things. So this image Is rotated counter clockwise 90 degrees? I think this must not be in transverse plane.... If looking at the image as it is supposed to be, if the tech was showing you that the fundus of your a anteverted uterus was on the left of the screen, left must be anterior (your belly), right of image must be posterior (your back). So a Ramzi guess can't be made, I don't think. Did you get any more shots? Did you ask anything about a transverse plane? Or right/left of your body? Also, it doesn't matter where the baby is in the sac. It's where the placenta/chorionic villi are forming on the outside of the sac.
