Pins and Needles / poor circulation? More likely to happen when expecting boy?

Pins and Needles / poor circulation? More likely to happen when expecting boy? I've read a couple of articles suggesting this can mean boy symptom in pregnancy? I have been getting pins and needles every night in my arms - something I've never experienced before. Was hoping might indicate girl symptom for me but have since read can indicate boy? Anyone else had experience of this? Thank you

I've had this with all of my pregnancies so for me, it was no indication of gender!

i got pins and needles the worst with my first daughter in my arms.  like carpal tunnel to the extreme.  i had to wear braces on my arms and to sleep kinda upright to keep it from happening
