Red meat is the BEST.
Chicken and turkey are on the girl diet... I used to eat alot of chicken and have 2 girls. So i am now eating lots of red meat...But still enjoy the occasional grilled chicken :)
Leftovers are great for lunches, so why dont you make extra at dinner time and save the rest for lunch? I do that all the time, and add extra sea salt to it.
Anything with tomatos, potatos, red meat, pasta is a neutral food etc is great. Snack on bananas, lemon water, green tea, potato chips (salt and vinigar are my fave) Expect to gain a bit of weight too! LOL
