Soy isoflavones

 Hi ladies , tommorow i am heading out to get some soy isoflavones,, can somebody tell me where can i find them ( which store) . and how much to take,, ( i am on cd5) so i decided to take it from cd5- cd9 , and can you share what changes did u notice in the ccycle on soy.

Hi I got mine from a health food store (Uk) - the changes I noticed were spotting just before ovulation and I've had cramping everyday since 4dpo. Still not sure whether I'm pregnant but I'm guessing not this time x

srbaby..i hope you don't mind me posting my questions here. Strawbell.....did you have more ewcm while on SI? Other than spotting did you have any other side effects? I've been reading a lot about it lately and will be starting it soon...and wanted to ask you and others who have taken it recently. Its CD2 for me.

I definately had more ewcm but funnily enough not actually on ovulation day but think that could be down to the Alfalfa as the same thing happened last month. Apart from the constant cramping I've had no other problems, will probably try it again next cycle if AF comes.

Wow...thats good about ewcm...because its said that that is how SI sways blue.I hope that you won't need to take it next cycle! The more i read about SI...more I want to try it...the spotting apparently is due to SI from what i've read and women who have had that symptom also got pregnant that very cycle... Did it bring O forward or something? I know for needalilprince it brought her O day forward by one day.Thanks

Heres hoping! I've never ever experienced mid cycle spotting but def did this month about 2 days before ovulation. It didn't actually change my ovulation day according to FF. My AF is due anytime maybe even slightly late but generally 1 have a 12day LF and its 11dpo today. I messed around with my temps on FF so its a day earlier on there.

My FX for you for a sticky blue BFP. Ok...so I'm going to try it too....its been sitting on my kitchen shelf for ages now.

I got mine from a health food store. I took it CD 3-7 and had no spotting, but a lot of cramping from 4DPO and onward. It stopped about 10DPO. Wasn't as bad as the months I m/c but it was noticeable. My O was actually delayed by 3 days, but I think it could have been due to my really bad cold. I had my first LH surge on CD 14 and that would have brought it forward by one day, but I actually didn't O until my second surge. I took 100mg.

should we worry about body gearing up for ovulation and not actually ovulating , ccoz i have been hearing about it a lot lately and can anyone give me instructions  how to use egg whites please  .

planning to use EW,, so i am getting egglands best farm fresh eggs , then what do i do ,, help please 

i am not doing any supplements coz fishoil made my cm dense and lot like lotion ( sorry TMI ) , 

**BB** thanks for sharing your experience,really appreciate it.yaeh and as you said...its probably because you were unwell that O was halted and you had a 2nd surge and ovulated when your body recovered.Exact same thing happened to me...i ovulated 1 week later after my infection was gone completely.I didn't attempt. Just wanted to say something for a long time...thanks for being there for everyone even after your BFP....it takes a selfless soul to do this.Hope you get whatever you want in life effortlessly. xxxxxxo

I used EB farm eggs too. I Set them out to room temp then seperated the yolk and whites. I used a medicine syringe a 3CC syringe. I tested ph to make sure it was right then pulled up 2ML of EW. 2ml and 2cc are the same measurements. I laid with hips propped and inserted the EW and allowed it to coat cervix and then DH and I DTD. Some ladies wait to insert until right before DH released but we tend to get caught up and would have forgotten. Besides none spilled out anyway. HTH!

srbaby, sorry for hijacking your post :) I got my SI from The Vitamin Shoppe -online...im not sure where you get it in the US...maybe someone else will chime in. My diet is fine...i did cheat on few occasions when i felt frustrated with my messed up cycle(due to a sinus infection)....i should attempt in about 15-20 days if all goes well. W.r.t eggwhites...first of all-check pH of the eggwhites and if it is optimal...you can wash them with soap(i also use dettol) and place them in the fridge.Remove prior to attempt and break open one of the...check pH...then use it as per the instructions in FAQ. I suggest you read it thoroughly in faq...as there are few ways of using it...with instead cup/with syringe etc...see what suits you and hubby. hth.

 Srbaby,just trying to get caught up I've been away for a few day's ...I got my soy at walmart.  I took it one cd 3~7 8omg I had mid cycle spotting a little aswell this past month I took it cd 2~6  80mg for 2 day's than increased to 120mg had tons of EWCM for days right around & on ovulation...However I skipped this month but I just wanted to see if any changesnow I know I will do that for july.  Hi Srbaby,   I have been a way and I just came across this now....I bought my Soy at Walmart.   I took it first cycle 80mg CD3~7  I had some spotting as well & some EWcm .   This cycle I skipped but still took the soy cd 2~6 80mg 2 days than increased to 120mg I had TONS of EWCM  both on ovulation day and day's leading up to...HTH GL

 

Darn Monkey's they kept eating my post
