problem adding smilies to my signature

I have been trying to add boy smilies to my signature, I have selected the enhanced editor option but there is no editor to select smilies from on the signature edit page in my profile options. Am I missing something?!

How do you get any smiley at all in your text or sig? What are the commands? Or where can I find them? Sorry for proberbly missing the obvious.. :P
