Found this article about morning sickness before conceiving and thought it sounded hopeful.  http://www.karenhurd.com/pages/healthtopics/specifichealthconcerns/ht-shc-morningsickness.html  I've been eating the beans like they said, even before finding out I was pg I was eating beans at least twice a day.  I also found with my last pg that eating often (every 2-3 hours) and eating very high amount of protein (75-100 grams a day) really helps with morning sickness.  With my other pg I was definitely feeling sick by this point, and this time around I've only had a few times where I've felt a bit nauseated, but have felt immediately better after eating beans.  Just thought I'd share this fantastic news with those of you who may be suffering from the yukkiness of morning sickness!

Thanks,  very interesting read.  I also find ginger root helps- peel it and suck on it and eating every hour or so.

Thanks for sharing!  I've been miserable this time, even with frequent snacking!  Doesn't help I Just found out I'm lactose intolerant! I just keep reminding myself that I've had this every time, even if this is the worst time.... and I would be worried sick if I didn't feel it, right?

My sickness has come on earlier than it did with DS but it's all day like it was with him. Although I do remember spending alot of my morning wretching in the toilet last time, where as it takes about an hour for it to kick in after getting up, but the further through the day the worse I feel.  It's 8:40pm here at the moment and I feel pretty wretched.

I was told something for morning sickness last time and it was the only thing that worked and it was very weak hot chocolate made with mainly milk.  I'm not a fan of hot chocolate, but sipping that really worked.  Also I've been told Fennel tea is supposed to be amazing.  My friend said she only had to sniff the tea bags and felt better.

I was cucumber that made me wretch last night.  I was hungry about 9pm and was sorting myself some homous, carrot and cucumber and as soon as I could smell the cucumber it had to go in the food recycling!!

Jessica, Sorry to hear you're feeling so crummy.

So far so good for me, I'm still going strong with eating beans non-stop and I am feeling good.
