Genselect Refund?

has anyone used the genselect kit only to not end up with the preferred gender? if so, did you request the refund and was genselect compliant with it?

i used the boy kit but am not having a boy! this company is such a scam and i deeply regret wasting hundreds of dollars on it. all the info contained in their kits can be found on the internet for free or next to nothing. i have emailed the company already giving them a heads up on the fact that i will be requesting a refund, but of course they never responded back. in fact the only times they have responded to my emails was when i was inquiring about purchasing their kits. anyway i will not be giving up on getting my refund, even if we have to sue!

I got a refund through a battle with my credit card company. It was not easy though.

well i am in the process of requesting my refund. i'm sure they will give me the run around but i am ready for a battle. i even found confusing wording in their refund policy. i will be fighting for all the customers out there who got scammed!

 Hi did u get a refund as I have also asked for my money back but they have refused to give it, don't think they will refund me even though I am emailing them and complaining I don't know what else to do as I am in the UK and this company is based in USA I have an address and telephone number on a package I received from them not sure wheteher to try those options!

I guess I should consider myself lucky for getting a third of my money back for the product I ordered and never got. I paid over 60.00 for douche and got a little over 21.00 back. They are crooks I don't get how they can stay open. The government needs to shut them down.
