Ahhh...My Hubby....Mr. Forgetful

So I gave him my SS package to mail out OVER a week ago.  I open the back of my Van today and low and Behold...there it is.  My Goodness....I wanted to flick him.  So now I have to mail it out Monday.  He is lucky I love him and he works a lot .  He is soooooo Forgetful at times.  He did this to me about 3 weeks ago with something else that needed mailed out.  I Love him and am grateful for ALL he does but geesh.  Anyone have forgetful Hubby's??

Mine.. and it drives me NUTS.  I found our wedding thank you notes MONTHS after our wedding.... he never mailed them out , and now it's much, much too late.  I almost killed him.  His response? A sheepish "sorry... I just forgot.." 

Praise God my husband is almost never ever forgetful with bills. that said he hardly ever remembers to feed our chickens grrr...... being on bed rest sucks.

My DH is also GREAT at NOT forgetting bills....Just forgets everything else.  Gotta Love him though......I just thinks it's funny how he seems to forget so much.

Same here, mine remembers bills, anniversaries, birthdays, and some stuff but I just found the stack of thank you cards for my shower that was Oct. 18th arg! He put them in the dash of the van. He turned the yearbook money in late, almost missing the deadline, and he has to make a list if there is more than one item on a store run list. If I say buy bread and toilet paper and milk he will get the bread and chips and some other random thing and forget the milk and toilet paper. We go round and round all the time about his forgetfulness. Luckily I called the people from my shower and let them know he forgot to send them not that I was ungrateful for the gifts. For him it's like out of sight out of mind, if I'm out of sight, it's out of his mind LOL!

  Mine is the exact same way.. lol.  It drives me nuts, but then he stands there looking so cute and sheepish that I can't be mad :)

Mine almost always buy whipped cream instead of sour cream and cabbage instead of lettuce.....

 AHHHH mine! He works a lot too but it's just not funny anymore...I hate to say everything 100 times and he just can't take a look at the calendar to see what is going on.Of course he remember all his own stuff...

Mine is not forgetful, just a poor planner and last minute type. He is seriously, getting dressed at 7am when he needs to leave for school at 7:05. Or we need to go somewhere in 10min. and he has umpteen things to do....

It would be classed as an admin duty in our house...and I'm supposed to be in charge of admin now I don't work........However silly DH didn't ever see my desk at work.....if he did he'd know not to rely on me......my filing is always a good few months behind and I alway pile it up and then have a blitz....so I think maybe I'm more like your husbands!!!

DH is pretty useless at birthdays, anniversarys, anything with a date....I think we're as bad as each other.

In our house, if you want it to get done, do it yourself...as we're both useless!

My DH is not too bad....except he ALWAYS Forgets to take the garbage out...which I don't really mind doing, except that I'm the one tha drops DS off to the babysitter in the morning, DH leaves before us, and I'm always in a rush because it's ahrd enough getting myself out the door in the morning, let alone me and DS....then DH usually remembers that he forgot the garbage on his drive to work, and calls me to tell me he's sorry.....so I can't be too mad haha.
