Thanx nicole, i'll just have to wait and see, ive got 6 weeks untill next scan, so it will properbly be the longest 6 weeks ever.

I remember the waiting so well, the anxiety I went through has put me off ever trying again! I ended up having a private gender scan at 16 weeks because i couldn't take any more. I feel for you,I really hope it comes round quickly x.

I can totally understand why you want a boy for a change... I don't see any gender clues in your u/s picture so I hope you will hear BOY in your next scan. But if not, I hope that you find it in your heart a place for another precious girl. Good luck and keep us posted!! Good Luck Clover

By the way I took the Intelligender test at 10 weeks and it was a girl result. So I was already preparing myself to have another DD and we even picked out a name for her. I had no hopes for a boy. You can imagine my surprise when I heard boy during my 12 wk u/s (even though the doc said it was not 100%). I guess not having high expectations or even bracing yourself for another girl can help A LOT either way. You may have a nice surprise or be already prepared for the opposite. Just my My Two Cents...

Thank you Brazilian mommy for your kind words, If it is another precious little girl, then i have no choice but to show love to her, after all, its not her fault, plus she never asked to be here. Its her silly mum having a tantrumEmbarrassed. Hopefully i'll get over itAgree.

Congrats on your pregnancy!! I have 4 boys and all of them have been totally different. I really don't belive in the classic "boy" or "girl" symptoms.  By all accounts my first should have been a girl and well, he is all boy!!  It really is too soon to tell, so try not to think about it and just enjoy your pregnancy.

There is nothing wrong with getting your feelings out there and discussing them.  It really, really helps a ton.  I know because it's only been here recently that I've been able to start to recover from my GD.  It's nice to have a place where people can understand how you feel without judging you.  Oh, and the comments... I think if you have more than 2 of one gender you're going to the comments.  The baby and I were getting groceries yesterday and the people at the check out were like, "Wow, 4 boys... you have your hands full", "When are you trying for a girl", etc.  I usually just shrug it off and give them my DH's line of "Well, we could try again and then we'd have 5 boys!"

Thanx Pixie97, i have a little glimour of hope now!!! Alot of 4th pregnancies always end up the same gender and iam just scared mine is awell. Why do i feel like iam being sooooooooooo ungrateful, which makes me feel even worst. This is all i have on my mind and generally iam a strong headed person, but this shows i cant be that strong if i feel all weepy about having another girl. And the funny thing is, i dont even know if its girlWorried. But  you always have that deep down feeling as a mother. I live in England (europe) so if you dont want your little man, i'll raise him for you, then i'll send him back when his 18 with and British english accentHeartHappyHeart

Likewise I would raise your girl, American accent though Happy Wink, I understand the feelings of ungratefullness. I think that is what makes me feel worse is I'm so mad at myself for being mad and ungrateful, and robbing myself of the joy I'm supposed to have. I was always thought I was a strong and level headed person right up until Monday of this week! LOL! or so I thought, now I am just "One flew over the cuckoo's nest!" Not that I should joke about it but I'm am truly shocked at my lack of reason and sanity, I would NEVER have thought in a million years!
