Moon preditcion question - a little confused

Hoping for some help

Some details about conception, I am due 16th March 2010 -

LMP: 10/6/2009 (I have a 27 day cycle and usually O on day 14)

BD: 22nd & 23rd June 2009 in the PM (I live in Sydney Australia)

O: detected by FF as 23rd June

Ok so June 22nd was a New Moon = Girl right?

But apparently the moon sign was/is Gemini = Boy?

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

PS I have some other OWT signs relating to a boy ie yellow/fluro urine... so I am guessing boy... 

 The moon entered Cancer (strong girl sign) at 3:11am on the 23rd. It went into Leo (boy) at 2:50am on the 25th. So, if you ovulated on the 23rd, then chances are you actually conceived btwn the 23rd and 24th, which means girl.

 Well, it could be either really depending on what time you O'ed on the 1st. The moon entered Sagittarius (boy) at 11:09 pm on the 30th. The moon entered Capricorn (girl) at 11:08am on the 2nd. So, if you O'd early in the morning on the 1st, then you could have possibly conceived before the moon entered Capricorn.

I think I read somewhere that conception usually takes place 12-24 hours after ovulation.

this is interesting my daughter was concieved in taurus, but i ovulated in a male moon sign(aries)

 Yeah, it all depends on when you actually conceive! That's why those ovulate in one phase and conceive in another can be tricky if you don't know the exact time of conception!

 For me, I am not so sure this time! I ovulated around 12-1am in a boy phase (actually it was void) but it turned girl at 6:30am. I made dh wait till EXACTLY 6:30 am to do "the deed" lol But, of course, there's always a chance that there were some left over spermies hanging around in there from a couple days before...so there's no telling when conception actually occured for me :(  I'm hoping at 6:30am since they say nothing happens in the Void of Course moon!

Hi Everyone, the moon didn't seem to work for me. I made sure to time everything perfectly, ovulated during a girl moon. Well today I found out I am having a healthy baby boy so I'm not sure if I believe in he moon theory anymore. Or maybe I'm in the minority that it doesn't work for since I swayed too and stayed on that diet for months. I guess there's only so much you can do. :)

When did you ovulate exactly? How do you know when you ovulated? I'm just curious what method you used.

I used the Clear Blue Fertility Monitor and took my temp every day. I pinpointed ovulation down to the day and I know the window of time I ovulated. Maybe it just didn't work for me but it could work for others IDK.

I saw your other post (and replied) about your 13 week ultrasound. I really do think that you still have a good chance at having a girl. I wouldn't give up all hope yet based on a toilet shot that is completely inaccurate that early! I'm actually very interested to hear what the gender is when you find out for sure! It's not 100% but you did conceive in a girl moon phase.... lol 

Thanks I am still holding on to some hope so I guess we'll see. I am going to think boy and if I get a nice surprise at the 20 week ultrasound that will be great if not that will be okay too. I am just happy the baby is looking healthy. Yes I conceived during a new moon and on a girl sign. Scootieloo helped me with the dates. She is great. I posted my sway as well if anyone is interested. I also conceived during a girl biorhythm for both me and my husband and did a bunch of factors.

Okay, the moon was in Sagittarius, which is a boy phase but it moved into a New Moon (favors girl) 6 days earlier. I would say boy just because of the moon/gender theory but I really really hope you get a girl!!!!! Are you going to find out soon? Please post here when or if you do!!
