My dd2 was an opposite, a beautiful 0+12! For this baby, a boy, I decided not to take the chance to bd after ovulation, and we bd as soon as I got a positive opk. I wanted to wait 12 hours as taught but that would have put us in the afternoon, and since we made our girls in the afternoons and evenings, I decided we would make a change and bd the morning (mor sperm count). You need to see what you want to focus on. I also bd early because ful moon was ending, I must have bd 24 hours before ovulation, but at the time,I thought I had messed up. Timing s also the less important factor. Good luck!

Re: Timing

if you know when you are going to O, try to time it 12 hours before. for my sway i knew i was going to O on Tuesday morning so I DTD Monday night

Timing

I posted this in the swaying board but I was hoping people who have had luck might also have good advice. We are swaying boy and I am so nervous about when to DTD. I am following as many of the steps as possible. Everything I have read has said that you need to wait 12-15 hrs after a positive OPK. But is that enough? Should you wait longer. I have no idea what other things to look for other than eggwhite mucus. If anyone has ANY advice I am all ears
