Luca is definitely my favorite but my cousin who is like a sister to me named her son Luca. I may have to have a discussion with her about it soon. Lillyvanilly, I remember you had some other Italian boy names suggestions on another thread that I can't seem to find. Do you have any other suggestions? What were some of the other boy names you were considering?
