We're back!!

Oh my gosh, I have not even checked this board in over 6 months, I thought in-gender was gone forever. This morning the kids are still all sleeping so I thought I would check and voila! there it is!

As a re-intro, I am Seegal, I have 9 amazing children. 6 bios and 3 through the wonderful miracle called adoption. We just reopened our home through foster care (where our last child came from) to another child, but this time ages 0-5. Looking to complete our family with one more little boy.

My kiddos are doing amazing. Our last daughter came through foster care a year ago. We thought she was just going to stay a few weeks and a couple months into the process we pretty much knew it was permanent. She fit i nto our family like a glove so we are so happy! Just waiting for the red tape and we will finalize. Her name is Bella Rose, but she is changing it to Isabella Rose Sophia. She is 7 now and a joy.

I hope everyone is doing well and hoping more of our 'waiting mamas" have become moms to their desired genders!!

I've been reading a lot through here the past week or so, your story and others it's really inspirational. Just found out I'm havin my 3rd girl after a great boy sway, and that's ok I was more than happy and accepting of another girl just hoped to experience a boy. Anyway, I've always said I since I was young and never had bio children I wanted to adopt.. DH was half adored by his dad, never knew his birth dad. Anyway he was never opposed to it however he does NOT want any more kids. Us having this one was a huge compromise on his part. But it's in my heart to, I used to work with this lady who happened by chance to get a little boy from 3 days old, his mom tested positive for meth and continued to not meet her requirement and they have him permenatly now, he's precious and recovered perfectly, now he's 2. They weren't even actively trying to be placed.. I've always prayed something like that happen to me, I'd desperatly love to raise a little boy in the next few years after my younger two get a lot bigger. There's just so much process to it but for now I've just been reading about options here and there. There's a part of me who would almost prefer a bio son but pregnancy is very hard on me and I don't think I could do it anymore on my body... I don't know just getting some thoughts out of my head
