Yeast infection and gender

Sorry if this is TMI!! just wondering if anyone had a yeast infection when they conceived and what gender you had. I had a yeast infection at ovulation (I did not treat it) and i am now 18 weeks pregnant. Do you think yeast infections sway either boy or girl? BTW...the yeast infection went away before I got my BFP! I already have one son and did not have any yeast infections when concieving him. Thanks...and congrats to everyone!!!

Thanks for posting! That's what I have read... Has this happened to anyone else? I didn't think I was even going to get pregnant the month we tried so I wasn't concerned! Now that the anatomy scan is coming up I am stressing about it! I would honestly be happy with either gender but would love a daughter :) if anyone else has had a similar situation please let me know. Thanks!!!!

I had this with both my boys, not this time though and i'm having a girl... But i don't believe this really has much to do with gender tbh x

 OMG i get yeast infections all the time....is that why i kee[ getting boys???? IS IT POSSIBLE??? if i just figure out how to keep these damn infections away can i have a girl maybe???

Haha! I'm trying to see if there is any correlation! How many boys do you have?

 this will be my third biological...but then i have three step sons and one step daughter lol so i really really wanted a girl lol

They are all so adorable! I totally understand wanting a girl...congrats on you baby boy though!! I find out in 2 weeks...I really think its a boy....gut feeling!

 well keep us posted:) It be nice to know if that is why my body caries only boys lol not that i dont love them all to death but man...really thought this one was it way toooo different than my other boys and all the bio and moon and critical days said girl...they were all correct for my boys so i was very shocked to find out it was indeed a boy lol....either way congrats and hope your little one boy or girl is healthy:D

I concieved each time bang on ovulation.. not a day before or after BUT I struggled to concieve number 3 (girl) then after surgery for CIN 3 I fell pretty much next cycle

tuliprose - what are you having????? please update the post because i also had a yeast infection prior to Ovulation... i had to treat it with Diflucan..but i want to know what my chances are for swaying a Boy... Thanks.

Starry eyed mommy-I'm having a boy! The crazy thing is that I have had about 3 yeast infections this pregnancy so far...it's not fun! It might be looking good for you! Good luck!! Keep us posted!
