Nub Theory Predictions NT Scan?

Hi Ladies!

I have been lurking for months, fascinated by your expertise and knowledge, and so anxious for the day when I could get your opinions on my own little nub!  So thank you in advance!

This is the best nub shot from my NT scan today.  I know what it pretty obviously looks like, and the u/s tech said she thought it was what I thought, but she also said, "Don't go shopping" because she kept trying to see if she could see it in a potty shot, but she couldn't see anything except for this angle.  

So what are your guesses?  And is there any way that's not a nub, but something else?  Like ambilical cord or something?  Or is that definitely a nub?

I am sooo excited that it looks boy, because that's what I've been "feeling" from the get-go, but the dr wouldn't commit to it when I asked her and said they don't say for sure this early (12weeks) and that it could be part of the umbilical cord or something.  It looks like a nub to me, but I don't know much:)

Based on angle, Ieaning boy. What is the gestational age?

Someone mentioned the baby being curled up so I have been googling that to death.  Can anyone tell me if my baby is curled enough for it to affect the angle of the dangle?  I was feeling pretty confident about boy, but then I read that and now I'm not as confident!
