i just feel like I'm drinking liquids all day so I'm trying to reduce the liquid intake. Im having trouble meeting the potassium levels bc I am left without an appetite after all the liquid intake. Morning: pineapple juice 3 glasses,lunch 32 ounces of lemon water, midday: 32 ounces of lemon water with 3 paks of knox gelatin and evening : cot water ...i just figured i could kill two birds with one stone! Any suggestions?
