PGD Dubai or UKCFA? Any advice?

Hi All, I am new to the site and have spent the last few days reading through the posts-learnt a lot from it all. I am currently pregnant with DD3 and want to try PGD at some point next year to try for a boy. My options are either Dubai (DGFC) as my sister lives out there so we could stay with her. Or going to Cyprus through UKCFA (as they can organise your UK monitoring etc). Anyone had any recent experiences (good or bad ) of either of these 2places as any help/ advice would be appreciated. I can only afford to do this once do want to go where chance of success higher. Thank you for any advice you can offer.

What about Genesis clinic in South Cyprus with dr Savvas Koundouros? I know many people from England from the other board went there......
