BSF? & EGGWHITES?

Hi,

Can someone please explain what BSF means? I have read about it many times but do not understand what it is and what it actually means?

Also, can someone explain the full process of the eggwhite method? How you test the ph as well as how you put them in your Vagina and by using what instrument shall I say?

I would really like to try this to increase the chances of my sway but I have no idea how to do it?

 BSF is baking soda finger, you dip your finger in water then swipe it in your vagina to raise pH.  Just be sure not to touch the cervix, because that burns!  I'm not sure about the egg whites.  I know you let them reach room temp, then separate the whites and test them (I just tested with a strip) then insert some in your vagina.
