purple - it might be a good idea to get your progesterone monitored, they can tell you if you actulaly ovulated or not. Are you on any meds? Hi Vannah, good luck! I'm still bleeding from the m/c and passing some clots as the doc had predicted would happen. Though, the bleeding is a whole lot lighter, I'm down to only needing 1 pad a day so hopefully it will stop soon. I'm going to start using opk's this weekend, I really don't feel ready to BD, my cervix is actually quite sore but we may start on Valentines day which would be cd 13....I wouldn't want to start any later than that or we'd be wasting the cycle.

indigo - I sure hope you're right about the cycle after a m/c swaying pink, that would be great! Hopefully it can make up for the fact that I haven't been on the diet long enough

wantmyprincess~ I am on clomid, per the dr's orders. I talked with them yesterday about getting my prog checked. They won't do it. They want to wait to see what happens this cycle. According to the nurse, she's not even 100% sure that I actually O'd...since my temps are so low post O. But of course, she won't get my prog checked. That makes sense! (note the mad & intended sarcasm)

Either way, you need to know that you have definitely O'd or you're putting yourself through this 2ww hell for nothing. How many rounds of clomid will this be for you?

I received some really bad news yesterday. My RE called with my AMH level and it is 0.2 which indicates very low ovarian reserve. Normal is 1.0 I am only 35, but my ovaries think I'm 45. Getting PG on my own will be next to impossible. My eggs are "old" and there aren't may left. I feel so defeated. I can't starts meds this cycle because I have a cyst on each ovary as well. ugh.

wantmyprincess- hope the bledding stops and you feel up to BDing this weekend.
purpledream- I would tell the nurse you want your progesterone checked. Your the boss, let her know it :)
queenbee- Sorry to hear your having a rough one. Hopefully you can get the cysts taken care of. There is a lot of hope 45 year olds get preggo all the time. Hopefully you get pregnant quickly and you get your pink bundle.
Well DH came home yesterday. So we BD'd, But I'm pretty sure that it was too late for an O+12. My cp was low and hard. Maybe next cycle.
Sorry if I missed anyone. Good luck ladies

queenbee- jutto clarify I know your not 45. I read my post and it sounded like that was what I was saying. I meant how old they said your eggs were. Does that make sense?
Anywho :)

I am on my 2nd month of clomid...they even increased the dose this month to 100mg! I just wish that they would tell me the whole story...I'm supposedly fertile but just need a little boost, so they put me on 50mg. We did some blood work & they came back "normal" (according to the nurse) and then they increase my clomid! I have a list of questions that I am putting together that will be answered next week. I really like my dr but if they can't get things moving & be able to answer my questions, then I will be finding a new one.
QueenBee~ I am SO sorry...what is the next step for you?

Tomorrow I have an appt for a saline u/s to rule out fibroids or polyps in my uterus. I get days of spotting before & after AF. Then I will be talking with my RE about our plan. I have a feeling it will involve a lot of expensive medications & IUI's. From what I read online, getting pg with such a very low ovarian reserve usually means IVF with donor eggs. That won't happen for us though. I already have two perfect boys and if I can't have more children, then I will have to deal with that. Wow, that sounded really depressing! Sorry! I really hope it doesn't come down to that, but I have to mentally prepare myself. IUI's are probably the furthest I will be willing to go with assistance. Thanks for asking about me!

QueenBee~ I'm sorry that this is the "hand that you've been dealt". It must be SO difficult. I hope that you and your re can come up with a plan that gives you one more chance to have a beautiful baby.

QueenBee - I'm so sorry you've had this bad news, I hope you don't have to end up going through expensive fertility treatments. I also spot for at least 2 days before and after AF is this a bad sign? AFM, I haven't passed any clots since yesterday and it's down to just light spotting now so hopefully that means the m/c is finally over. We're going to BD tomorrow, as it will be cd 10.
