I didn't vote but, my friend who has PCOS has conceived 2 boys (she lost the first one at 20 weeks, though). I've always wondered this, too, though. But, she DEFINITELY follows the boy diet without knowing it- loads of salt, potatoes, caffeine, etc.

I have it, but I have only had 1 child so far - a boy, so I didn't vote. Another girl I know with it just had a boy too. Looking on the soulcysters message board it looked like more boys than girls.
