Looks quite watery. Could maybe be a bloody show (I didn't get one of these with my son as he was induced so I'm not too sure what they look like though) if you're quite far along in your pregnancy. Could also be spotting (which I did have in early pregnancy) although my spotting was a lot more red and patchy than that, although maybe it's spotting mixed with cervical mucus? Probably best to take the tissue to a doctor because they will definitely have more idea.
This would be my guess as well.
