Thank you so much for response.  DH is leaving on Sunday for a month so I am freaking that I will miss this attempt!! 

Yes, I do have O pains.  But I feel this for about 5 days so that is not a good indicator for me.  Really I have nothing to go on other than the OPKs which really sucks I think that this is what adds to my frustration.

I was thinking that maybe an earlier attempt on Day C would be better but I am afraid of hitting O right on.  I am going to have to get DH to give a sample before he leaves and try out the baby jar theory......

I can usually tell when I've O'd already by the change in CM and CP.  The CM become less stretchy and the cervix changes shape. I usually count the strongest pain I feel as O time.

If you see a temp rise, it for sure means you have already ovulated, but it could have been the night before or the day before, so it's hard to nail it down to a 12 hr window.

 With this pregnancy, I knew i was Oing. We did an attempt at O+5 hours and my cervix and CM was already changing. I think that is the attempt that worked for us. We weren't swaying, just trying to get as close to O as possible. It's the first time I attempted that far after O, but I think that is what worked.

Hey Babybo...I am having that same problem right now.....argh!!   If I were you I would do an attempt tonight then morning on Day C but just check cp and if lower and harder than go for it otherwise put sperm in the jar until you are at that point.  

I have the same issue.  I was going for a cut-off only but now that my ph is dropping into the 3's I might just need the 0+12.  I got a pos on thur. morning and then still pos early this morning, but my cp is just now going back up high and soft.  So, I should be Oing....I thought I would O tomorrow and I have a busy day allday!!  So, I either need to check my cp all night or do a morning experiment!!  IDK!!!  How do ya do the jar theory???

 I wish I could help you girls pin-point O+12. Unfortunatly I had a hard time myself, even with temping, OPKs and feeling my cervix/cm. I chose to do many attempts through 0...so that is what I would advise. But then again, I felt comfortable with that. Don't do anything you don't feel comfortable with.

Well ladies....I am so done!!  DONE DONE DONE!!  I cannot believe that after 10 months of doing this that I killed all the sperm in the incubator!!!  What is wrong here....first my ph is too low, my meter is going on the brink and now my last attempt is shot and gone!!  My dh is not home and wont be till late and frankly, I just do not have the strength or patience to do this!!!  You should have seen me....my little babies are running around screaming....banging on the bathroom door.....then someone is crying...then I hear loud bangs......I had to run out so many times...just a flippin nightmare of a circus!!!  Ya know sometimes I think TBM would be soooooooooooooo much easier...Oh wait I cant even do that!!!  See everything is going wrong for me and I am scared that this is all an omen and I dont know why!!!  WHY WHY!!  Now tomorrow I have to go to another girl baby shower for someone that has two boys and getting her girl.  I am just so sad right now!!  Why couldnt I have gotten pregnant at the first few months?   Everything was so much smoother then!!  Now, it is all crazy, my dh is supportive but not at all interested in this anymore, let alone now leaning to NOT want another baby now!!   Sorry I needed to vent but I am out this month....doubt the my cut-offs worked with my low ph!!!  My life really sucks right now....I know that sounds drastic but sheesh why do some of us have to have this desire for a daughter and then never get one!!!

 Luvr4boys sorry things arn't going well at the moment, they way you described your attempt I know is exactly what mine will be like. On top of having a family, home, job etc to do I am not a scientific or patient person and I have somehow got wrapped up in a really big and very important science experiment to do on myself - MAD! I wish I had someone else to do it all for me - work out my ovulaton, do the incubator etc then just pass me the syringe! Unfortunatley my dh wont be that person so I only have myself to rely on - SCARY!

I watched New Moon at the cinema last night - it was the first showing that day and it was so busy - glad I pre booked my tickets. It was brill and so mad - everyone cheering when it started! I love the books and I too think it helped me escape from my life when I needed to the most!

Luv- so sorry it went badly last night. it's so hard to see them all dead in the incubator. and it's so hard when other LO's are being super destructive when you are trying to concentrate on something important.

rachel-lola- we watched Twilight last night and are going to NM tonight ( I pre-bought the tickets too). Anyway, he says "we should name them Edward and Bella" and i just laughed and said "yep" If he only knew...

I am soooo sorry.  I don't think that I can count the number of times that this has happened to me as well.  Once, I KNOW that I had hit 0+12, we had just gotten our sample and the codom fell off!!!!  GRRRRRR!  I was soooooo mad at DH.  We fought for almost two days about this, I never did get my attempt in.  There are so many more times as well, there were times that everything was dead BEFORE we even incubated!!!  That was heartbreaking.  This always seems to happen right at attempt time, why does it not happen during our practices???I think that the reason is that we are just extra nervous and trying to get EVERYTHING right.

Don't count yourself out though.  Maybe they made it to their destination before your pH dropped so low as I think higher in your cervix your pH is not the same as what we can reach....

 The way that I HAVE to look at things is that this was just not my time and God has something else planned..... maybe had you conceived it would have been a boy.... this just keeps me sane when I think these things....

I wanted to see this movie so bad!!!  DH is leaving tomorrow so I will have to wait....... Please give me some details.....  I have read all of the books and I have read book 4 and 1 three times.... Did you get to read the excerpt of the other book that she had started to write.... I wish that she would finish it!!!  It was soooooo good!

Well, now I am super confused. My temp went up to my slightly higher than average...so I am assuming that me being slightly cold was the reason for the low temp yesterday.  I will be attempting this month...the question is-when.  When I woke up this morning, my cp was high & it's medium-soft.  It's still closed BUT it's never been high like this so quickly....is my O possibly coming early? Could the chemical have thrown me into an early O? Could semen possibly soften the cervix? Dh & I dtd last night without any protection  because of when my O normally comes.  I am FREAKING OUT.  So many q's and I don't know what to do.  Plus, I have a little bump on my cervix.  I remember reading about it somewhere...does anyone know what that is?  I'll do some research & try to find it but thought that I would ask as well.

the bump is 100% normal, dont worry about it (its a responce to hormones).  Here is the exciting part!  the cycle after a mc is very girl friendly and you will be more fertile.  Whats your plan for this cycle?

Well, I'm not exactly sure what my plan is going to be...still trying to decide that. Here is what I know that I will be doing...

Supplements: I am still doing my same supplements as last month-Calcium 1200mg, 250mg Magnesium, 900mg Folic Acid, 100mcg B12, 50mg Zinc, 81mg Aspirin, & 50mg B6. Dh is taking LR, Calcium, & Magnesium. When it comes time for the attempt, he will take some sudafed. I actually just put him back on the LR to increase his girl count as much as possible.  I was afraid that my hormones were swaying more boy (by my low temp) so I wanted to do the best sway as possible. Kwim?

Experiment: I am actually going to do a SD.  When my dh is on the LR, I can't get the ew to float...but I do need a sort so I'm going that route this month. Incubation time will be an hour, like normal.  If the sudafed actually thickens up my dh's sample, then I'll try to do a SU. 

Timing: I'm still going to do all the way thru O since all my ds were 1 shot deals.

Insertion: Will be keeping the splime at 5.0....will still be using the diva cup to hold everything in there.

So...back to my q, is it possible to O this early when I am normally between cd17-20? Could the semen actually soften a cervix?  I don't know what I should do for a lube this month. I'm thinking that I should stick with the canola oil...it helped me get pg last month, so I should do that again? 

If I am missing something, please tell me.  I'm really trying hard to not stress.  So, any help is really appreciated.

Yes, I am taking that too. 400iui. I forgot about that one. It's combined with my Calcium.

I was assuming that I wasn't fertile if it was closed.  Am I wrong? It's fairly high & soft but still closed.  I am not sure if I am at the very beginning of my fertile period & I was planning on waiting on doing SU/SD until my cervix started to open. Is that correct?
