Not really on Hailey, as I can't talk about her situation too much. She is going back and forth right now between homes and seems to be doing well. She is going to be 1 next Sunday so we'll be having a big birthday bash for her. I cannot believe it has been a year since she came to us.
I have been looking for our next child/ren. My HS agency is coming out to do another update for us. Back for more fingerprints and clearances ::grin:: i go back and forth from going IA again or staying domestic. I really do not want another baby right now. We will, at worst, have Hailey half the week and another baby would be too much.
I have inquired on quite a few children I found in the databases and have gotten some answers back (which I was shocked about, as usually these case workers just ignore you!) My HS agency has sent my last HS to all of them with a wonderful EM saying that we are a "delightful family and any child/ren who come here are lucky." I just love them, and it is nice to have them on our sides :)
Right now, there is a boy/girl pair (AA/CC, 6 and 10 yr) that I really have my eye on. We should be hearing back from their CW if they think we are a good family for them.
So, the sky is the limit and I feel very hopeful that we will find another child or pair of kids to add to our mix :) Who knows when, who knows where they will be from. I am in no rush, but I am excited!
