Okay so I have been gathering information on my diet plan that I have high hopes for. Basically here is my outline:
Im cutting out caffiene, alcohol, salt and sodium/potassium
and increasing my calcuim and magnesium.
New studies have shown that women who go meatless are more apt to concieve a girl. So for the next 6 months up till I concieve Im cutting out meats....
For supplements im going to start taking..
800 mg of calcuim
300 mg of magnesium
& vitamin D
Sudafed @ the time of BD to dry up CM
and im attempting the LP suppliment for TTC my baby girl.
Im also going to replace my morning coffee with a morning cup of cranberry juice and my evening glass of wine with a evening glass of milk... LOL
This plan of mine is a healthier way of still getting the benefits of the girl diet without actually going on the girl diet completly... its just little steps to making a change... for example.. I highly doubt cutting out soda & frozen meals and replacing them with milk & pasta will do much harm.... anyways thats my general plan for my diet.. if it changes I will let you know!!
