PH levels

cycle day 13 - 6.0

cycle day 14 - 5.75

cycle day 15 - ?

cycle day 16 - 5.5

Usual Diet for this cycle

Caffiene(coca cola) - 1 litre or more a day

Very little calcium - cheese only

Very high salt diet

My future plan in a few cycles is to cut out caffiene and as much salt as i can and up the calcium to see if i get changes without making huge changes and taking lots of supps

After finding out my third son was a boy i was really dissapointed, not that he was a boy but that i wasnt getting a girl in the mix at all, i was fine once i got over the intial its a boy thing at the scan and was fine when he was born, and he is a terrific happy little boy, third kids are great i think :)

So anyhow since bringing him home i just feel i am not done at all, and i thought ok do i only want a 4th child to properly try for a girl or because i actually dont mind having a forth child and potentially having a 4th boy, so i have really thought about it indepth and i really do want a 4th child no matter what the outcome may be, but i sure will be trying everything i can to give a possible girl a fighting chance lol :)

I am planning on tracking my ph levels for two cycles with no changes to anything and mainly will be using this blog to keep track of my ph levels and the changes i will make, i do not plan to TTC until late this year if i do at all, but hoping DH might be ok with it, he is pretty easy going so we shall see :)
