Sorry its been a while

So my first month I was so consumed and crazy about concieving, and let down when it didn't happen, that I was just mentally exhaused from it, so they following 2 months I didn't really try at all, in fact once we used condoms just because I didn't want to try. But now that I've had a few months off, I am back in the game. I think I had a good sway this month, and I took soy, so I just think I have a really good chance. It seems like a large majority of people who use soy get preg on thier first month trying with soy. I didn't use an opk, but there are times based on CM that I am sure were ovulation. Either I ovulated twice, or one was 'fake', which has happened to me before, either way we dtd on both days that seemed promising. The only reason I would think it would have been a 2nd ovulation is that maybe the soy made be kick out two eggs? Does that sound crazy? Also, I only took the soy for 4 days, days 4-7 I think. First ovulation seemed to be on 10 day of cycle, the other seemed to be 13 or 14 day of cycle. I really hope the first one was real and took because that would make the same conception date as my 1st baby, which seems a little special. Can I get some soy stories please! :)

About mcknight88

Hi there! When I got pregnant with my first child, although I thought it would be a girl, I was thrilled it was a boy. I knew my husband, like most men wanted a boy so I felt so relieved to make him happy, my intention was to only have one, but as time has gone by, I really want a girl too! For a while I was so scared to try because I was afraid it might be a boy, but I think now, much from the help of reading all the forums here, I think I would be ok with two boys, The gender disappointment forum really helped me come to terms with that in advance(which I think is healthier than coming to terms with it in the moment) so if Liam gets a little brother that is ok, but, I desperately do want a girl too! I would be willing to have three to make it happen, and microsort the third, but if its a girl this time around, I'll stop at two! :) I'm getting my IUD out on monday 08/31/09, and I am going to wait one practice cycle (sept) then go full force into shettles and the girl diet, as best I can with my knowledge, I haven't found an 'exact' sample diet, just, eat more of this, less of this etc. so I am going to try my best. I have read the shettles book, and it seems promising. If you tried shettles and got what you wanted or didn't, please let me know :) Thanks for listening to me gab :) ............So, 4 months later, I threw shettle out the window and concentrated on the diet and supplements. I took soy for the month of dec and got pregnant the 1st round on soy! We are thrilled! Now to find out if its a girl or a boy....hummm..it's a boy! Ian was born 08/28/10 8 pds 7 ozs 20 3/4 inches
